UNT’s newest construction projects are preserving the traditional campus experience while turning a page in the university’s history with sustainable building. Learn more about UNT and the Power of Place.

UNT’s new football stadium is the largest construction project in our history. However, it is just one of several recent and current campus improvement initiatives.

Over the last six years we’ve constructed the Pohl Student Recreation Center; a student health, advising and money management center; several residence halls; and a new chemistry building. We’ve also renovated our research campus, Discovery Park. Our new Life Sciences Complex will open in 2010, and our new Business Leadership Building will open in 2011.

UNT’s trailblazing programs in music, art, teaching and the humanities are nationally renowned. Our emerging strengths in science and technology are making headlines and earning record grants. Now, our new stadium in Mean Green Village will finally catapult the quality of our overall university athletic facilities to equal – or better – standing with our Division 1 competitors.

We are committed to excellence in everything we do – from adding value to every degree earned here to building a spectacular, one-of-a-kind football stadium.
