The North Texas Lettermen’s Association hosted its annual fish fry and Zeke Martin and Friends Memorial Golf Classic June 1st and 2nd. The event was established over two decades ago as a reunion and has since become the foundation of the organization’s fundraising efforts.
The weekend began with James Rainbolt’s fish fry which had nearly 100 people in attendance. Hayden Fry and new head football coach Todd Dodge both spoke to the group. Furthermore, $25,000 was raised that night to establish an endowed scholarship in honor of the late Zeke Martin, who helped start the Lettermen’s Association. The following day 24 teams participated in the golf tournament which was won by the Point Bank team, led by Ray David.
