Located on Bonnie Brae St., the Mean Green Student-Athlete Academic Center serves as the cornerstone of the Mean Green Village and is only a short walk from the surrounding sports facilities.
The purpose of the Mean Green Student-Athlete Academic Center is to follow the Athletics Department’s mission by providing a haven for higher learning and support for student-athletes. Our services are fully integrated with the University and its philosophy of being student-centered.
The Mean Green Student-Athlete Academic Center is a place where students are at the center of everything we do: We provide access to academic counseling, computer labs, tutoring in all subjects, career planning, community service opportunities, and personal-development workshops. With a staff emphasizing academic integrity and quality service, student-athletes will be able to lead successful and productive lives during and after their college career.
Our goal is to assist with the student-athletes’ grown intellectually, socially, and athletically and to develop well-rounded student-athletes who are committed to success in every part of their lives.
