Will Call Procedures
General Will Call- Will call for institutional tickets will be at the Summit Arena Box Office on the EAST side of the arena on Laurel Avenue until 1 hour prior to scheduled game time. Starting 1 hour before North Texas gametime general will call will be available at the North Texas ticket table adjacent to the Summit Arena Box Office. It is located directly across from the Embassy Suites Hotel. Photo ID is require to pick up will call tickets.
North Texas Player Guest Tickets- The Player-guest Ticket pass gate will be located at the EAST entrance to Summit Arena at the corner of Convention and Laurel Avenues. THIS LOCATION WILL SERVE AS PLAYER-GUEST PASS GATE FOR BOTH THE SUMMIT ARENA AND CONVENTION CENTER COURT. Photo ID is require to pick up will call tickets.
