UNT Lands Record-Breaking 12 on All-Conference

DALLAS – North Texas earned 12 spots on the 2021 Conference USA Indoor Track & Field All-Conference Teams that were determined at the conference meet, held February 20-21 in Birmingham. Individuals placing first in their events were named First Team All-Conference, those placing second were named Second Team All-Conference and those placing third were named Third Team All-Conference.
The UNT men received eight nods, and the women garnered four. The previous combined high for honorees was eight two seasons ago. The men also set a record this season to double the four winners in 2014. The high for the women was six set in 2019.
With his two first-place finishes, Antonio Delacruz was honored as the High Point Scorer of the Meet, the first Mean Green ever to do so.
