We discuss his time coaching national champions at Iowa Western, building a championship culture, and his first impressions of Denton and what it means to him to lead the Mean Green Track & Field program.

This time, a special guest in former North Texas Track & Field coach Ken Garland tells some of his stories, ranging from his family ties to the university that date back to the 1920's, to his impressions of former Mean Green record-holding quarterback Steve Ramsey.
