Track & Field: Five Earn Academic All-District® Honors

Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 29
DENTON, Texas – Five UNT Track & Field student-athletes have been named to the 2023 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams by College Sports Communicators, recognizing the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom.
Luke Canon, Mason Garner and Vitus Hansgaard made the men's team, while Tegan Burdick and Amy Pritchard earned a spot on the women's team.
The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 29.
