On this episode of #GMGCast, Zac Babb and Hank Dickenson sit down with North Texas' new Director of Strength and Conditioning, Bryan Kegans. They talk his time growing up, playing football at Texas Tech under Mike Leach, and meeting eventual Mean Green head coach Eric Morris on those Red Raider teams. Zac and Hank also discuss Bryan's Denton connections, including his time working at Guyer High School during the formative years of what became a Texas high school athletics powerhouse.
That's followed up by a trip down the corridor of years in "Babbling with Hank." This time, Zac and Hank are joined by former North Texas Strength and Conditioning coach Denny Bonewitz. Denny talks about his experience leading the Mean Green strength and conditioning program in the mid-1990's, as well as his current ventures in Oklahoma, along with his former music group, the Double-Barrel Band, whose tunes made it into the North Texas weight room.
