On this episode of #GMGCast, Zac Babb and Hank Dickenson follow up the first episode of #GMGCast by revisiting Bleed Green, the North Texas alumni team that found success in The Basketball Tournament. JJ Murray and DJ Draper talk about their experience in the tournament, some of the players and personnel who contributed to Bleed Green's success, and what it means to Denton and the University of North Texas brand as a whole to have a national TV audience talking about Mean Green hoops in July.
Then, Zac and Hank chat with former North Texas linebacker Craig Robertson about his time with the Mean Green football program, growing up in Stafford, TX, and his journey to the NFL where he established a name for himself with both the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints.
That's followed up by a trip down the corridor of years in "Babbling with Hank." This time, Zac and Hank recount the Safeway Bowl series against SMU, and some of the Mean Green highlights over the 40 times the series has been played.
