2019 North Texas Athletics Hall of Fame Ballot
Voting for the 2019 North Texas Hall of Fame class is exclusively for dues-paying NTLA members, North Texas Hall of Fame members, and North Texas Hall of Fame Selection Committee members. If you are not a dues-paying NTLA member, a North Texas Hall of Fame member, or a North Texas Hall of Fame Selection Committee member, your vote will not be counted.
Each qualified voter may submit only one ballot, and subsequent ballots from the same voter will not be counted.
To vote, complete the form below, check the box next to the name of each person you think belongs in the Hall of Fame, and submit the form. NOTE: you may select a maximum of six candidates. Ballots with more than six candidates checked will not be counted.
