Gameday Parking Information
UNT has been working alongside the City of Denton and TxDOT amidst the ongoing road construction projects to campus and DATCU Stadium. While some delays are expected, UNT has worked with TxDOT and the City of Denton to ensure normal entrances to every parking lot will be open all season.
DATCU STADIUM PARKING WEBSITEThe University of North Texas asks fans to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner that reflects well on our teams, our university and our community. We want to provide all fans with a comfortable, enjoyable and safe atmosphere. Fans using foul or abusive language or gestures will be removed; fans appearing intoxicated will be removed; and fans interfering with the progress of the game, throwing objects, or going onto the field will be subject to removal, citation and/or arrest.
ADA DROP-OFF: Fans with disabilities may be dropped off at DATCU Stadium at Gate 1. Vehicles with valid ADA placards or license plates may enter the White Lot near Gate 1 via the entrance on Bonnie Brae St. Those vehicles may NOT park in the White Lot unless they have a White Lot Parking Pass. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.
ADA PARKING AND SHUTTLE: ADA parking is available in the northeast section of the Orange Lot near the Bus Transfer Station. Limited ADA parking is also available in the Blue Lot. A valid disabled parking placard or license plate is required to park in this area. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
North Texas offers a complementary ADA shuttle service for fans with disabilities between the Bus Transfer Station located at the designated ADA parking area and DATCU Stadium Gate 2 and Gate 3.
North Texas also offers a shuttle service for fans with disabilities between the Blue Lot and DATCU Stadium Gate 1.
The ADA shuttle will operate on a one plus one (1+1) model where the fan with disability will be able to ride with one guest. This will ensure we are properly servicing those in need throughout the event.

ADA SEATING: Seating for wheelchairs is located on the concourse level between the lower and upper bowl. One guest will be permitted to sit with each wheelchair guest. Both guests must have a valid game ticket. Special arrangements for additional guests may be requested through the ticket office prior to the game. Assistance animals are permitted. Wheelchair-accessible seating is limited and should be requested through the ticket office to ensure availability. Chairs for companions are available by request from an usher.
ADA STUDENT SEATING: Ample seating for students with disabilities is available in the Student sections on a first-come, first-serve basis. Both student and their guest are required to have a ticket to enter the game. Chairs are available for guests upon request from an usher. All student seating, including ADA student seating, is general admission.

- Gate 2 ticket office will open four hours prior to kickoff.
- Gates 3 and 4 ticket offices will open three hours prior to kickoff.
General Information
- Suite and HUB Club ticket holders may enter DATCU Stadium at the club entrance two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
- DATCU Stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
- All sales are final. Tickets may be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. DATCU Stadium's ticket office requires identification (driver's license or passport) to locate the appropriate account and ticket location.
- Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover will be accepted at all stadium ticket offices.
- Children 3 years of age and over are required to have tickets; children under 3 years of age must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of other guests.
- All persons must have a ticket, and the holder of the ticket is restricted to the section, row and seat of the held ticket.
- The University of North Texas reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase price.
- Holders of tickets to University athletic events must agree to abide by stadium and University policies.
- Tickets may not be sold on University property except by authorized personnel of North Texas Athletics.
- Guests are NOT permitted to leave DATCU Stadium and return on the same ticket.
- Re‑entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please see security personnel prior to exiting the stadium.
Gates
- Suite and HUB Club ticket holders may enter DATCU Stadium at the club entrance two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
- Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
- Spectators with west-side tickets (Sections 101‑109, 201‑212) should enter Gate 2.
- Spectators with east-side tickets (Sections 115‑125, 215‑224) should enter Gate 4.
- Spectators with General Admission and End Zone Reserved (located in "The Wing") should enter Gate 3.
- Tickets may have suggested entry gates for fans based on their seat location in DATCU Stadium. However, fans may enter DATCU Stadium at any entry gate.
Student Tickets
- North Texas students can claim their free student tickets at unttix.com. Students will not be allowed entry with just their valid UNT ID.
Will Call
Ticket orders for individuals placed within 10 business days of the game will not be mailed. Tickets can be picked up at the North Texas Ticket Office the week of the game or on game day at the Will Call windows at Gate 2. Only the person whose name appears on the order may pick‑up will‑call tickets, and a photo ID is required. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed will‑call tickets.

Access Your Tickets/Parking Via Your Smartphone - You now have the ability to access your tickets digitally by logging into your Mean Green ticket account when using your smart phone. Simply go to
www.MeanGreenTickets.com and sign into your account and you will find all your tickets and parking that you have in your account with the option to add them to your Google or Apple Wallet. Access Your Tickets/Parking Via Your Smartphone

Simply log into your account on
www.MeanGreenTickets.com and you will see all of your tickets and parking for the year. You can choose to transfer everything or even just one or two tickets or parking passes for a certain event to your friend and all you need is their cell phone number. Select what you want to send them and enter their number and they will receive a text with a link to download the tickets and/or parking.Follow the videos below for step by step instructions for both sending and receiving a transfer:
ALCOHOL AND BANNED SUBSTANCES:
- Alcohol cannot be brought in or taken out of DATCU Stadium.
- Beer and wine are sold in the concessions stands and/or kiosks in concourse near Sections 103, 104, 105, 108, 109, and 110-122.
- All beer and wine sales conclude at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
- Any person purchasing alcohol must present a valid I.D.
- No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests, and we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion.
- If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly.
- Anyone apprehended with any intoxicants in the stadium, except in the sanctioned areas, will be subject to ejection without refund.

BABY-CHANGING STATIONS: DATCU Stadium has six family restrooms equipped with baby-changing stations, two each on the east, west and north sides of the stadium.
BANNERS AND SIGNS: Handheld banners, signs and flags are permitted that do not contain profanity or derogatory statements and do not obstruct the view of other spectators. No banners, signs, or flags may be hung at DATCU Stadium without the prior approval of the Athletic Department. Signs for political purposes are not allowed in the stadium or on stadium grounds.
CAMERAS: Still cameras with a lens greater than 100mm, any audio and video recording equipment, monopods, dual pods and tripods are not allowed. Any images taken by fans are for personal use only, may not be used for commercial purposes, and may not be sold without the expressed written consent of the University of North Texas.
CAMPUS CRUISER SHUTTLE: The UNT Campus Cruiser shuttle runs on game days until four hours prior to kickoff from stops on campus to Victory Hall Circle, a block south of DATCU Stadium. Click here for the Campus Cruiser route.
CHILD ENTRY: Children under the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of other guests.

CONCESSIONS: Full-service concession stands are available along the west, north and east concourses. Full-service concessions stands accept cash, credit and debit cards. Outside food and drink are prohibited inside DATCU Stadium. Fans who arrive at parking lots 2+ hours prior to kickoff will receive a coupon for free concessions.
FIRST AID: First‑aid stations are located on the west concourse just south of Gate 2 and on the east concourse north of Gate 4. Medical personnel are available in these stations to provide service and care. Nursing mothers may use the First Aid stations as needed.
FLAG POLE POLICY: No sticks or poles are allowed inside DATCU Stadium.
GUEST SERVICES: Guest Services booths are located just inside Gate 2 on the west side of the stadium and Gate 4 on the east side. The booths open when the gates open, and staff members are available to assist with questions, comments or concerns.
LOST AND FOUND: Lost and found articles can be reported and claimed at Guest Services located inside of Gate 2 and Gate 4. Guest Services is open one hour and 30 minutes prior to kickoff and closes 30 minutes after the end of the game. All items are returned to the Facilities/Event Management Office the next business day after a game.
LOST PERSONS: If guests or children become lost at DATCU Stadium, they should seek out the nearest usher, uniformed police officer, or Guest Services booth for help. Parents looking for a lost child should check with the nearest police officer, usher, event-staff member, or Guest Services booth. All guests should keep their game tickets with them, and parents should urge children to keep their game ticket with them at all times as this will help reunite them with their parents or guardians.
MERCHANDISE: Officially-licensed North Texas merchandise is available in the Mean Green Stadium Store located on both the west and east concourse. Click here for a map of DATCU Stadium. Mean Green merchandise is also available online at the Mean Green Team Shop. The Mean Green Stadium Store is open six hours prior to kickoff on game days. Fans who arrive at parking lots 2+ hours prior to kickoff will receive a coupon for 10% off at the Voertman's Team Store.Â
METAL DETECTORS NOW IN USE AT DATCU STADIUM: Located at each gate/entry point. Gates 1-4 + VIP entrance, loading dock, and promenade. All staff and fans will have to go through a metal detector for access into the stadium. Only exceptions will be the two teams (coaches, players, support staff) and football officials. Metal detectors will have an event setting so fans can keep their phone and keys in their pockets (same at Coliseum) when going through the metal detector
NOISEMAKERS: Bells, horns, megaphones, whistles and other artificial noisemakers are not permitted at DATCU Stadium, per NCAA and American Athletic Conference policies.
PARKING: There are several options for parking around DATCU Stadium. Tailgaters who wish to tailgate in an adjacent parking stall/s must purchase an additional parking pass/es for the number of stalls in use. Parking enforcement will patrol tailgating to verify that tailgates have purchased the appropriate number of parking passes (i.e. two parking stalls, two parking passes). Tailgating may not interfere with traffic flow and may not interfere with drive or fire lanes. Only one vehicle is permitted per space, and vehicles are not permitted on sidewalks or green spaces. Tailgating that takes up vacant parking spaces or interferes with traffic flow is prohibited. Saving spaces for other vehicles is also prohibited.
RV parking is available in the Blue Lot on a season and individual game basis. Please contact the Mean Green Athletic Fund office at 940‑369‑7284. Individual game day sales are also available in the Orange Lot. RV parking is not available in the Grass Lot or in the designated ADA parking in the Orange Lot.

RE-ENTRY: Guests are NOT permitted to leave DATCU Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re‑entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please see security personnel prior to exiting the stadium.
RESTROOMS: Restrooms are located along the west, north and east concourses of the stadium. A restroom located on the east concourse will be open to service the outside tailgating area prior to the gates opening. Additional portable restroom facilities are located in the parking and tailgating areas around DATCU Stadium and the Orange Lot.
SMOKING: The University of North Texas is a smoke‑free campus. Smoking is prohibited in DATCU Stadium.
STROLLER SERVICE: A check‑in service is available for those with baby strollers. Baby strollers can be dropped off at the Guest Services booths at Gate 2 and Gate 4. Strollers are not allowed in the seating areas of DATCU Stadium.
TAILGATING:Â North Texas took tailgating into account when it constructed DATCU Stadium by setting aside areas just outside the stadium for students, fans and alumni to gather before games.
How you tailgate depends on the ability to act responsibly and adhere to the following guidelines which are reviewed and approved annually by Athletics, the Office of Risk Management and the University Police Department. These guidelines have been developed to ensure a family-friendly, safe and enjoyable experience that promotes integrity, civility, ethical conduct and good sportsmanship among fans, students and visitors.

UBER, LYFT AND DCTA GOZONE DROP-OFF & PICK-UP: Uber, Lyft and DCTA GoZone drop‑off and pick-up is available in front of the University Gateway Center off North Texas Blvd.
UMBRELLAS: For the safety of all spectators, umbrellas are prohibited inside DATCU Stadium. Guests may consider bringing appropriate rain gear in case of inclement weather.
