The University of North Texas has been working alongside the City of Denton and TxDOT amidst the ongoing and adjacent road construction projects to campus and DATCU Stadium. More information about these two projects can be found at the links below:
City of Denton Bonnie Brae Project
I -35E/I-35W Interchange Project
The City of Denton Bonnie Brae project will have Bonnie Brae Street closed from Willowwood to Parvin Street for the forseeable future. Fans traveling north on Bonnie Brae should take the detour to turn right on Parvin Street down to Highland Park Street and turn left. Fans can continue on Highland Park Street and turn left onto N. Texas Blvd for access to the Blue Lot on the left or the Orange Lot across I-35. Willowwood Street will be temporarily opened for home games on Oct. 10 (USF) and Oct. 18 (UTSA), allowing vehicles to access Bonnie Brae Street from Willowwood, coming to and leaving DATCU Stadium.
In addition, TxDot has permanently closed the southbound exit and ramp from I-35 to N Texas Blvd. This will impact fans with Blue Lot, Orange Lot and Brown Lot passes coming south on I-35 or north on I-35W. Specific directions for entering each lot that is affected by this closure are outlined below.
We appreciate your understanding as UNT has worked with these two local and state entities to plan and prepare for the upcoming season at DATCU Stadium. Enhanced Traffic Control Plans will be implemented on Mean Green Football gamedays in partnership with various local agencies and we look forward to seeing you at DATCU Stadium during the 2025 season to cheer on the Mean Green!
While we expect some delays as you plan your travel to DATCU Stadium, UNT has worked with TxDOT and the City of Denton to ensure normal entrances to every parking lot will be open all season. Additionally, Mean Green Athletics will rollout a series of early arrival giveaways and promotions as well as new enhancements to Mean Green Live and tailgating on The Hill.
Single-game digital parking passes can be purchased in-advance by clicking here, or on gameday, at the entrance to the Blue Lot or Orange Lot. Both lots will accept cash and credit card.
In addition, cash and credit card payments are accepted for the blue, orange, red and brown lots. Green, white, black and purple lot passes are pass only with no pre-sale or day-of-sale.
Pricing for each lot is as follows:

ADA Buses will begin running three hours prior to kickoff from the Orange Lot and two hours prior to kickoff from Blue Lot. Shuttles services are available for one hour following the conclusion of the game.
RVs who park in parking lots on gamedays are allowed to remain in the RV parking stalls until 12 PM the day after the football game.

Blue Lot

- Heading north on I-35 East: Take Exit 466B toward N. Texas Blvd., and turn left at the stoplight. Continue through the intersection, then stay right at the fork to access the Blue Lot entrance.
- Heading north on I-35 West: Take Exit 84 toward Bonnie Brae Street and continue straight at the stoplight to stay on the I-35 frontage road. Turn right on N Texas Blvd., and stay right at the fork to access the Blue Lot entrance.
- Heading south on I-35: Take Exit 468 toward Oak Street and merge onto the frontage road. Remain on the frontage road through the stop sign at Oak Street, then go right at the fork toward Airport Road. At the stop sign, turn left onto Airport Road and cross the bridge. At the next intersection, take another left onto Bonnie Brae Street. Then, turn right at the stoplight onto the I-35E frontage road and continue until taking another right turn on N. Texas Blvd., to access the Blue Lot entrance. Fans can also consider turning right from Airport Road onto Bonnie Brae Street and then turn left onto Walt Parker Drive. The entrance to the Blue Lot will be on the left.
Orange Lot

- Heading north on I-35 East: Take Exit 466B toward N. Texas Blvd. At the stoplight, turn right onto North Texas Blvd. Continue straight to the Orange Lot entrance that will be on your left.
- Heading north on I-35 West: Take Exit 84 toward Bonnie Brae Street and continue straight at the stoplight to stay on the I-35 frontage road. At the stoplight, turn left onto N. Texas Blvd., and continue through the intersection. Keep straight to the Orange Lot entrance that will be on your left.
- Heading south on I-35: Take Exit 468 toward Oak Street and merge onto the frontage road. Remain on the frontage road through the stop sign at Oak Street, then go right at the fork toward Airport Road. At the stop sign, turn left onto Airport Road and cross the bridge. At the next intersection, take another left onto Bonnie Brae Street. Then, turn right at the stoplight onto the I-35E frontage road. Turn left onto N. Texas Blvd., and continue through the intersection. Keep straight to the Orange Lot entrance that will be on your left.
Black Lot

- Heading south on I-35: Take Exit 468 toward Oak Street and merge onto the frontage road. Remain on the frontage road through the stop sign at Oak Street, then go right at the fork toward Airport Road. At the stop sign, turn left onto Airport Road and cross the bridge. At the next intersection, take another left onto Bonnie Brae Street. Then, turn right onto the I-35E frontage road at the stoplight. The entrance to the Black Lot will be on your right before the pedestrian bridge.
Green Lot

At the stoplight, turn left and go under the bridge, continuing straight on Bonnie Brae Street through the next intersection. Use the left lane to continue straight on Bonnie Brae through the stop sign. Turn left into the parking lot between DATCU Stadium and the Lovelace and McNatt Families Practice Facility. Take another left to enter the green lot on the west side of DATCU Stadium.
- Heading north on I-35 West: Take Exit 84 toward Bonnie Brae Street. At the intersection, turn right onto Bonnie Brae Street and use the left lane to continue straight through the stop sign. Turn left into the parking lot between DATCU Stadium and the Lovelace and McNatt Families Practice Facility and take another left to enter the green lot on the west side of DATCU Stadium. Fans can also consider navigating Bonnie Brae from the south by exiting Vintage Rd/2449 and head north on Bonnie Brae. Of note, expect a detour around Bonnie Brae between Parvin Street and Willowwood Drive.
- Heading south on I-35: Take Exit 468 toward Oak Street and merge onto the frontage road. Brown Lot

- Heading north on I-35 East: Take Exit 466B toward N. Texas Blvd., and be prepared to make a quick right turn onto Avenue C. Turn into the Brown Lot in front of the UNT Support and Services Building.
- Heading north on I-35 West: Take Exit 85A toward I-35E to merge onto I-35E South toward Dallas. Stay in the right lane and take Exit 465B toward Fort Worth Drive and proceed to take the U-Turn under the bridge. Remain on the I-35E frontage road until taking a right turn onto Avenue C. Turn into the Brown Lot in front of the UNT Support and Services Building.
