Mobile Tickets
Students tickets for football, men's basketball and women's basketball are mobile-only and are delivered to your iPhone or Android device prior to each home game. Students are also able to purchase guest tickets on their mobile device.
Starting with the 2020-2021 basketball season, UNT students will have a new process to claim student tickets. Check out the step by step process below!
Step 1
Go to UNTTix.com.
Step 2
If you have not previously set up your account, click on Register. If your password is already created, sign in with your account information.
Step 2a
To register your account and set a password, type in your UNT Ticket Office Account number and click to Activate. Your account number should have been emailed to you, but the ticket office can provide it to you by emailing ticketoffice@unt.edu.
Step 3
After you have logged in, select the sport you are claiming tickets for.
Step 4
Next, select the event you need tickets for.
Step 5
You may claim one free student ticket. Additional guest tickets are available to purchase if you have non-students coming with you. Select your quantity and click Add to Cart.
Step 6
Confirm the amount of tickets in the shopping cart. If you are not purchasing guest tickets, your total will be $0. Select CHECKOUT to advance.
Step 7
If you are purchasing guest tickets, enter your credit card information. If no guest tickets are being purchased, you will not need a credit card. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Place Your Order to complete the process. Your tickets will be emailed to you to add to your mobile wallet.

Q: How much are tickets to North Texas home games?
A: Tickets are free for UNT students.
Q: When will I receive my digital ticket?
A: Student tickets will be available to claim the Monday before each game. Your actual seats and barcodes will be assigned at 9:00 a.m. on gamedays, and may be transferred or saved to your Apple Wallet at that time.
Q: What do I do when I get to the game?
A: Make sure you have your phone. Pull up the barcode and show it at the gate. The ticket taker will scan your barcode and you will be allowed into the stadium.
Q: How do I buy student guest tickets?
A: If you have successfully claimed your student ticket, additional guest tickets may be available to purchase. On your phone, go to UNTtix.com and from the Fan Hub tap Ticket Details for the game, then Guest Tickets. Guest tickets are $10 each.
Q: What if I do not have my phone on me at the game?
A: You will need your student ID. Go to the ticket window at Gate 4 of DATCU Stadium. Show your student ID and you will receive a ticket.
Q: What if I do not own a cell phone?
A: Go to the North Texas Athletics Ticket Office at Gate 2 of DATCU Stadium. Show your student ID and you will receive a ticket.

If you have questions on game day, North Texas Athletics staff members will be on site to answer questions, or go to the Gate 4 Ticket Window for assistance.
