Season Ticket Upgrades
New for 2021, all UNT football season ticket holders will have the opportunity to upgrade their seats online in the coming days! Time slots to log in will be determined by current Mean Green Scholarship Fund points standings. Season ticket holders will receive an email letting them know when they can log in.
Prepare yourself for the upgrade process with the step-by-step instructions below!
Step 1
Use the direct link in your email to access the seat upgrade process and log in with your email and password.
Step 2
Select "Football Season Ticket Item" to upgrade.
Step 3
Use the check boxes to select which seat locations you would like to upgrade and click "Next" to advance.
Note: You may choose to upgrade all of your seats or a portion of your seats.
Step 4
Click on "Football Season Ticket Item" to access the seating map displaying available seat inventory.
Step 5
Choose the section you would like to find new seats within.
Note: You may only upgrade seats in your current price level or higher price levels.
Step 6
Select the green dots that you would like to make your new seats (must be same number of seats as previously selected in Step 3) and click "Add to Cart".
Step 7
Select a delivery method for your tickets and click "Next".
Step 8
Compare your new seats to your old seats and the cost breakdown. If there is a total due, you will be asked to pay that online to complete your s eat upgrade. Once you are satisfied with your new seats, click "Yes, Submit Exchange" to complete the upgrade process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will the upgrade process take place?
A: Online upgrades will take place from Monday May 24 through Friday, May 28.
Q: Do I have to move my seats?
A: No, this is an optional process. If you are satisfied with your current seat location, you do not have to take any action.
Q: Does the process have to be done online?
A: Seat upgrades may be completed online or over the phone by contacting the ticket office. Completing your seat upgrade online will allow you to see all available inventory in a map view to see the most options available at the time of your upgrade.
Q: How does payment work for upgrades?
A: At the time of upgrade, you will be charged for the difference in ticket price. If an increase in MGSF contribution is required based on your new seat location, a member of the ticket office or MGSF staff will reach out to you.
Q: Can I still upgrade if I miss my time slot?
A: Yes, you will still have access to upgrade online through Friday at 5:00pm. Any upgrades after that can be done by phone at 940-565-2527.
