Competed in the 200m, 400m and relay events during the outdoor season ... Won the 400m at the SMU Invitational and helped the 4x400m relay place runner-up ... Recorded a personal-best 46.51 in the 400m and finished fourth at the American Outdoor Championships ... Also posted a runner-up finish in the 200m at the SMU Invitational and a sixth-place finish in the 200m at the Bill Schmidt Invite.

2026 Indoors

2025 Outdoors (At UTRGV)
Posted six top-five finishes in individual events as a sophomore … Won the 400 meters twice, clocking a 46.81 at the at the Charles Austin Classic and a 47.64 at the Trinity Last Chance … Was also on the 4x100m relay team that won three times over the course of the season … Posted the fastest 200m time of his career in a runner-up finish at the Charles Austin Classic (20.95) … Also recorded a 10.33 PR in the 100m at the Kingsville Cactus Cup … Placed fourth in the 400m at the outdoor conference meet with a time of 47.15.

2025 Indoors (At UTRGV)
Collected points in four different events at the Southland Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships … Won his first conference title in the 400 meters with a program record time of 47.18 … Placed fourth in the 60 meters and the 200 meters, while running a leg of the 4x400m relay that finished third … Placed eighth in the 60m at the Jarvis Scott Invite with a 6.78, marking his fastest time of the season.

2024 Outdoors (At UTRGV)Was fifth with the 4x100-meter relay and competed in prelims of the 100- and 200-meter dash at WAC Outdoor Championships… Won the 4x100-meter relay at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight… Won the 4x100 and 400-meter dash at the Cactus Cup and took second in the 200… Competed in the 100 dash, 4x100- and 4x400-meter relay at Texas Relays… Ran personal-best 21.33 to take fourth in the 200 at the Texas A&M Invite and was fourth in the 100 and second with the 4x100 relay… Opened the season at the Kirk Baptiste Spring Break Invitational with a PB 10.50 in the 100 to finish ninth and was third with both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays.

Set a program record with the silver medalist 4x400-meter relay at WAC Outdoor Championships, running 3:08.36, and placed 7th in the 400-meter dash in a PR 46.61 ... Earned four top-10 finishes in the 400 ... Took 1st with the 4x400 relay at the J. Fred Duckett Twlight ... Second in the 4x400 at the UTSA Invitational.

High School
Harts was a two-time qualifier for the UIL Class 6A State Track & Field Championships in the 400-meter dash, earning a sixth-place finish in 2021. He was a two-time Region II qualifier in the 400 and the 4x400-meter relay, running as a junior with Sachse and as a senior with DeSoto. In 2021 at Sachse, he was the district and area champion in both the 400 and 4x400 relay. Harts holds a PR of 47.47 in the 400.
