Carlee Pascual Hines joined the North Texas Athletics staff as an Assistant Director of Compliance in 2026.
Hines joined the Mean Green after gaining experience in athletics compliance at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she served as an Athletics Compliance Extern from May 2024 through August 2025. In that role, she worked with NCAA policies and compliance software, including Compliance Assistant, the NCAA Education Portal and LSDBi. She also developed compliance resources, including recruiting materials, eligibility projection reports, financial aid agreements and policy documents.
Prior to her time at UTSA, Hines served in roles with the St. Mary’s University School of Law Pro Bono Program, where she managed community service documentation for approximately 650 law students and worked with nonprofit and legal service organizations.
Hines earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations with minors in history and political science from the University of Oklahoma in 2023. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May 2026.
