Ella Webber joined the North Texas Athletics staff as Director of Events and Donor Relations in November of 2025.
In her role with the Mean Green, Webber oversees the planning and execution of donor events and special functions while helping cultivate meaningful relationships with supporters of North Texas Athletics. She assists with donor engagement initiatives, hospitality, game day and special event logistics, and works collaboratively with the Mean Green Athletic Fund and athletics staff to enhance the donor experience.
Prior to North Texas, Webber served as a Varsity O & Sooner Club Representative at the University of Oklahoma, where she supported membership engagement, donor relations, fundraising initiatives and special events for the Sooner Club and Varsity O Association. She also managed communications, maintained a database of more than 1,200 Varsity O letter winners and created digital content to strengthen alumni engagement.
Webber also gained experience with Oklahoma Athletics as an Event Marketing Activations Intern, coordinating event setup and breakdown, managing corporate marketing activations and serving as a liaison between sponsors and the athletics marketing staff to ensure successful game day experiences.
Outside of athletics, Webber worked as a Tax Specialist at Paycom, where she consistently ranked among the department's top performers while managing client registrations, tax fulfillment operations and process improvement initiatives.
A native of North Texas, Webber earned her bachelor's degree in communication with a minor in marketing from the University of Oklahoma in 2024, graduating cum laude. She previously earned an associate degree in Denton from Grayson College, where she was a member of the softball team and received NJCAA Academic All-Conference honors.
