Kayli Manypenny joined the UNT staff as the Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement.
In her role at UNT, Manypenny oversees the marketing efforts for the UNT football, softball and men's basketball teams while also helping manage student interns and overall marketing aspects for the entire UNT athletic department.
Manypenny joined the Mean Green after spending the 2023-24 academic year as the assistant director of marketing at Rice. With the Owls, Manypenny oversaw marketing efforts for volleyball, men's basketball and baseball. Her efforts helped Rice set new student attendance records in both volleyball and men's basketball.Â
Prior to her time at Rice, Manypenny was a marketing assistant at Florida State in 2022-23. She helped lead marketing initiatives for multiple Olympic sports programs including volleyball, tennis, track, cross country, beach volleyball and golf. She also served as the primary point of contact for the FSU Kids Club.
Manypenny achieved her Bachelor of Science in sport management from Texas Tech in 2022. During her time as an undergrad, she served as a promotions and fan engagement intern for the Red Raiders, including serving as the lead intern for the Lady Raider softball program.Â
