Riley Elliott was hired as Assistant Athletic Trainer for UNT softball in August 2023.

Elliott joined North Texas after she served two seasons as the athletic trainer for UT Arlington softball. Prior to UTA, was a graduate assistant for Tarleton State softball for the 2020-21 season.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training with a minor in exercise science from the University of West Alabama in May 2020. While at UWA, Elliott also worked as an athletic training student with five Division II varsity programs, including softball and baseball, and was named to the Dean’s List in Spring 2019. The Union, Mississippi native earned her master’s degree in 2022 from Tarleton State University.
