Seth Garber joined the North Texas staff in August of 2025 as the Director of Broadcast.
Garber oversees live NCAA Division I broadcasts for ESPN+, managing game-day production workflows and coordinating replay, graphics, video features and other visual storytelling elements. He also supports ESPN linear broadcasts through production coordination, technical preparation and communication with external broadcast partners.
Prior to joining North Texas, Garber spent the 2024-25 academic year at South Carolina Upstate as the Assistant Athletic Director for Video & Digital Strategy. While there, he led creative video and photography strategy for the department and directed multi-camera live broadcasts while creating content for game-day presentation, recruiting, marketing and digital platforms.
Garber spent two years with Allen Media Group as a Video Editor, where he edited more than 175 episodes of nationally syndicated television programming. He previously worked with the Lakers/Dodgers Sports Network as a Studio Tech II and Production Assistant, creating live broadcast content for the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers and Spectrum programming.
From 2019-21, Garber served as a Producer and Editor for Air Force Athletics, where he produced more than 200 video and digital content pieces and led production crews for more than 100 live NCAA Division I athletic events.
Garber earned a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from Drexel University in 2013. He also holds certificates in The Management and Business of Entertainment from UCLA and Social Media Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
