Construction has been moving on an upward scale over the last month on the new football stadium and our newest photos show the progress. The west side of the stadium has moved up with significant progress on the club and suite levels.
As you can see in two of the photos, we have identified which is which to give you a little better idea of where they will be. Remember there is still a press level to go on top. The west side will continue to see vertical progress over the coming weeks.
If you have paid close attention to the webcam and the north side, you have seen the new additions of the steel support structure for the endzone seating. This support structure will continue to rise in the north end all the way to the last row of seats.
The east side now has 6 six rakers poured as crews continue on a three raker per week schedule.
In the next week or so keep an eye out for another crane arriving on the site. Shortly after the crane is ready to go crews will begin to hoist precast concrete onto the west side rakers.
The precast concrete will be the actual "bowl" of the stadium for anchoring seats, etc. We are all looking forward to that process. The inside of the stadium will really start to take shape at that point.
