Texas Rangers to Host Mean Green Night on July 11

The Texas Rangers' Saturday, July 11 game against San Diego will be Mean Green Night at Globe Life Park in Arlington. This promotion will feature reduced-price tickets and a limited edition Texas Rangers cap in North Texas colors for the first 2,000 fans who purchase the special tickets and bring them to the Promotions Kiosk within the ballpark.
Tickets for Mean Green Night are available online through the Texas Rangers' website and are not sold through the North Texas Athletics ticket office. Fans MUST purchase tickets via THIS LINK to be eligible for the giveaway.
Mean Green Night is one of the Texas Rangers University Days, a partnership between the Rangers and FOX Sports Southwest that will promote regional universities. Schools scheduled to participate in 2015 include North Texas, Baylor, Oklahoma State and TCU.
The first 2,000 Mean Green fans who bring their special tickets to the Promotions Kiosk within the ballpark will receive a North Texas-themed Rangers hat. The kiosk is located on the Main Concourse near Section 30.
The promotion includes on-field pregame participation by coaches, players or noted alumni and recognition of the university on FOX Sports Southwest's live game broadcast.
