Rangers To Host Mean Green Night May 27

The Texas Rangers' game on Friday, May 27, against Pittsburgh will be Mean Green Night at Globe Life Park in Arlington.
This promotion will feature reduced-price tickets and a limited edition Texas Rangers cap in North Texas colors for the first 3,000 fans who purchase tickets through the Rangers' North Texas University Days website. Fans should get to Globe Life Park early on May 27. Gates open at 5:00 p.m., and the first 3,000 fans to enter through the special University Days entrance near the Southwest Airlines Third Base Gate will receive a Mean Green themed Rangers hat.
Tickets for Mean Green Night are available online through the Texas Rangers and are not sold through the North Texas Athletics ticket office. Fans must purchase tickets via the Rangers' website to be eligible for the free cap.
Mean Green Night is one of the Texas Rangers University Days, a partnership between the Rangers and FOX Sports Southwest to promote regional universities.
The promotion includes on-field pregame participation by North Texas head football coach Seth Littrell and recognition of North Texas on FOX Sports Southwest's live game broadcast.
