Faulkner Earns C-USA All-Academic Nod

DENTON - North Texas senior defensive back Sean-Thomas Faulkner was named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team, the league announced on Thursday.
Faulkner, who has started every game this year, has a 4.0 Grade Point Average in his MBA program while ranking fourth on the team with 72 tackles with six or more tackles in seven games this year. He also has three pass breakups and a fumble recovery.
Faulkner and his Mean Green teammates will play UTSA at the Alamodome for the C-USA Championship on Friday night at 6:30 p.m.
