Six UNT Teams Earn Perfect Single-Year APR

DENTON — Six North Texas teams earned a perfect single-year Academic Progress Rate (APR) score of 1,000 and every UNT program was well above the required 930 APR score, the NCAA announced Tuesday.
Furthermore, the North Texas women's tennis program earned a perfect multi-year score of 1,000 for a seventh straight year.
The UNT soccer team along with swim and dive team have maintained or exceeded an APR score of 980 or greater for 11 years in a row.
The public announcement of APRs returned this spring after a one-year hiatus due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
