Women’s Tennis Adds Lou Chalard to 2023-24 Roster

Mean Green ink eighth player to roster
DENTON, Texas – The UNT women's tennis team added an eighth member to the squad as head coach Amanda Stone announced the signing of Lou Chalard to the squad.
Chalard, a native of Cagnes-sur-Mer, France, Arrived at UNT after a strong amateur career in France.
Chalard participated in the French national championship tournament in three consecutive years and helped her team win the French Division 3 National Championship in 2021.
In addition, Chalard spent most of her amateur career at the prestigous All-In Tennis Academy founded by Jo Wilfried Tsonga.
She becomes the fourth newcomer for the Mean Green, joining Carolina Laydner, Lilly Schultz and Stanislava Shulzhenko as new members on the squad for the 2023-24 season.
UNT opens the fall season at home with the Diving Eagle Invite at the Waranch Tennis Complex Sept. 15-17.
