Tennis Releases Fall Tournament Schedule

UNT scheduled to play eight individual tournaments this fall
DENTON — The UNT women's tennis team and head coach Amanda Stone released the 2025 fall tournament schedule Friday.
North Texas will play in eight guaranteed individual tournaments this fall with the potential for more. All fall tournaments are played as individual singles or doubles pairs with team dual matches starting in the spring.
The fall schedule will start at home for the third consecutive season when UNT opens in the Diving Eagle Invite Sept. 12-14 at the Waranch Tennis Complex.
UNT then moves on to the Rice Invitational Sept. 19-21 in Houston, Texas. The same weekend, qualified individuals will travel to Cary, N.C., for the ITA All-American Championships.
After a weekend off, North Texas heads to Fort Worth for the ITA Texas Regional Championship hosted by TCU Oct. 9-14. The winner of the ITA Regional
UNT will end October at the American Championship hosted by Tulsa from Oct. 23-26 and will stay in Tulsa from Oct. 31-Nov. 2 for the Hurricane Invite.
The Mean Green return five players from the 2024-25 roster and added a pair of freshmen to the roster in the offseason.
Stone begins her third season at the helm of UNT in the 2025-26 season. Her career .663 winning percentage ranks inside the top-50 all-time and 31st among active coaches.
