Mean Green Set For Ted Nelson Invite

DENTON – The UNT track and field teams are set to compete this weekend at the Ted Nelson Invitational in College Station after opening the indoor season last weekend in Arkansas with several strong performances.
Competition will begin on Friday with the men's and women's weight throw before the rest of the meet will run throughout the day on Saturday.
There were several standout performance in last week's season opener, including a handful of program records that were broken in men's shot put (Oluwatimilehim Williams), women's high jump (Alliyah McNeil), women's 60-meter (Trezeguet Taylor), women's 300-meter (Aariyana Williams) and the women's 4x400 relay (Williams, junior C'Nai Childress, freshman Lailah Hudson and senior Kendahl Tucker).
Live results can be found on FlashResults and the event will be broadcast on SEC Network+ beginning on Saturday at noon.
