Alesandra Santo was hired as the Recruiting Operations Coordinator for the UNT football program in March of 2025.
Santo joined the UNT staff after spending the 2023 and 2024 seasons working in the recruiting department at James Madison University with the football program and the baseball program for the 2024 season.
From March 2023 to February 2025, Santo was a recruiting operations intern for JMU football where she served as a primary representative for JMU recruits while also assisted in leading the recruiting creative department for the 2023-2024 season. At the same time as her work with the football program, Santo was also an on-campus recruiting student manager with JMU baseball.
During her time as a student at JMU, Santo also served as a marketing intern with the Baltimore Ravens and as the lead recruiting operations intern with the University of Maryland football program in the summer of 2024.
Santo graduated from JMU with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies while achieving a minor in sports communication in February of 2025.
