Personal
 Cousin, Greg Hawethorne, was an NFL first-round draft pick out of Baylor.
 Father and grandfather also played college football.
 Earned the Poteet HS 2013 Community Service Award.
 Also the recipient of the 2012-13 Poteet Academic Excellence Award.
