Mo Al-Sayyed joined the North Texas football staff as Assistant Director, Football Video/Offensive Analyst after previously serving in multiple roles with the Mean Green program during the 2024 season.
Al-Sayyad returned to Denton following a season at Furman, where he served as an assistant defensive line coach, director of football technology and video, and assistant director of football operations. In those roles, he assisted with defensive game planning, opponent scouting, recruiting operations, player development, video coordination, and day-to-day football operations. He also managed the program's video operations, technology support, and in-game replay system while overseeing a staff of football video assistants.
Prior to Furman, Al-Sayyad spent the spring of 2025 at Campbell as football video coordinator and offensive graduate assistant working with the tight ends. He directed the program's video and technology operations while assisting with position meetings, film breakdown, recruiting, camps, and on-field instruction.
Al-Sayyad first arrived at North Texas in 2024 offensive student assistant working with the offensive line. In those roles, he assisted with video operations, film breakdown, scouting reports, recruiting technology, and offensive game preparation.
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Al-Sayyad earned his bachelor's degree in history with a minor in kinesiology from North Texas in 2024.
