Carl Evans began at North Texas in July 2019. He serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development.
Prior to UNT, Evans earned his bachelor's degree from Weber State University and his master's degree from UNLV.Â
Evans has an abundance of experience with athletic development, having served in assistant, director, and senior roles at Eastern Carolina University, Towson University, University of Memphis and, both of his alma maters North Florida University and UNLV.
Carl is married to Starla Evans (previously Ctibor), who he has three children with Skye (born in 2002), Delanie (born in 2004), and Ryla (born in 2011).Â
