Raise your hand if you're still giddy over last night's win over Ball State....I am and I'm going to voluntarily extend the Todd Dodge "24-hour" rule. Please, nobody tell him that I'm doing this but Mean Green fans need just one more day to savor this victory.
The Todd Dodge "24-hour" rule in case some don't know is that you have 24 hours after the game is over to either sulk, pout, cry, get mad, celebrate, fist pump, turn over cars (please don't), or whatever you please win or lose.
That means around 10:30 Saturday night, the celebration must end. I'm here to tell you that we are going to extend it 24 more hours. Thump your chest proudly, read every internet site you can find about the game, watch the game again on TIVO, until Saturday night.
Once the Ohio game vs. UConn is over, the celebration must end everyone. Then it will be time to get back to work and gear up for the home opener against the Bobcats. And don't anyone for a second think that all of the sudden that game because an automatic W because of Ball State.
But for an extra 24 hours Mean Green fans, celebrate this win over Ball State (they won 12 freaking games last year everyone!!!!) and come Saturday night put in behind you and start thinking Ohio....
