HOUSTON, Texas - A small contingent of Mean Green track & field athletes completed the Houston Indoor Invitational & Multi Events Saturday evening.
Senior multi-event athlete Jordan Wehr had a good showing in six of the seven events before pulling out of the 1000-meter run.
In the 60-meter hurdles, Alysha Adams took home a fifth place finish behind an 8.43 second final heat.
Missy Barnes, a senior sprinter, added to the Mean Green top-10's on the day when she clocked in at 7.64 seconds in the 60-meter dash.
North Texas will be back in action Saturday, Feb. 5, at the Texas Tech Invitational in Lubbock, Texas.
