DENTON, Texas -
The Mean Green swimming and diving team held their annual Green & White meet this Saturday.
North Texas alumni returned to the pool to participate and watch the current team compete in the intrasquad meet.
Junior Jana Burkard had three individual wins in the 200, 100, and 500 freestyle today, although it wasn't enough to defeat the Green squad who won the meet 82 to 66.
Krista Rossum swam to a first place finish in the 1000 freestyle and 200 Breaststroke, helping the Green team to victory.
Up next is North Texas Relays Friday, Oct. 5, and will be held at Carroll Senior High School in Southlake, Texas.
