DENTON - Junior sprinter Collin Heard moved out of the dorms and wanted to learn how to cook properly so North Texas chef Jodi Duryea recently put together a dish to learn.
The Dallas native got a chance to learn some new skills off the track and went in the kitchen to prepare Mean Green Enchiladas.
Heard is coming off a solid sophomore season as a member of the track and field team. He placed fifth in the Conference USA outdoor 200 meter dash with a time of 21.14 and qualified for the NCAA West preliminary round in two events.
