The Mean Green, who entered the tournament ranked 57th in the GolfStat national poll, topped No. 20 Virginia Tech, No. 23 Texas Tech and No. 32 Houston and set themselves up to move up in the rankings when this week's poll is released.
"We had a solid final round today and picked up some quality wins," UNT head coach Michael Akers said. "It is a very good sign we are getting production throughout the lineup. Getting Emilie playing up to her potential is huge for us. We will begin preparing for Utah and the differences we will see there."
North Texas will resume play at the BYU Entrada Invitational on March 9-10 in St. George, Utah.
