Please be sure to take a look at the tips below for preparation prior to arriving on game day:
- Access your tickets and/or parking through your Mean Green Ticket Account (www.MeanGreenTickets.com) via your smartphone before arriving.
- Download and save them to your Apple or Google Pay wallet in advance. Should you try and download at the venue, you may have connectivity issues due to the large number of people on phones.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Have your ticket ready to be scanned before entering the venue.
- If arriving separately, be sure to transfer other members of your party their tickets.
Mobile Ticketing FAQ
Why are we transitioning to mobile ticketing?
- Digital ticketing will provide a safe and contactless environment for our fans upon entry.
- You now will always have your tickets and parking passes available through your Mean Green Ticket Office account on your phone to download or transfer via text message.
- Any changes in game date or time will be reflected immediately on any tickets downloaded to your Apple or Google Pay wallet.
How are mobile tickets contactless?
- When entering the event venue, simply open your Apple/Google Pay wallet and hold your phone 2-4 inches from the scanning device. If you have more than one ticket downloaded to your phone, swipe between tickets after each one is scanned. You will see a “Hold Near Reader” message instead of a standard QR code.
How will football parking work?
- You can access and transfer parking on your phone through your Mean Green Ticket Office account as well. Download the pass to your wallet and the parking attendant will scan the pass directly off your phone screen when you arrive in your assigned lot. Parking passes will have a QR code to scan.
Can I print off mobile tickets or parking?
- Mobile tickets and parking must be scanned off your phone. Please do not print them on paper.
How do I add tickets and parking to my smartphone wallet?
- For detailed instructions, please watch the Access Your Mobile Tickets video above.
- Please be sure to download tickets and parking before coming to the game when you have a strong data or Wi-Fi connection.
- You will need to make sure you are logging into your account that has tickets rather than creating a new account. If you do not know your login information or your email is not recognized, please call the ticket office at 940-565-2527. We are open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
- Come by the ticket office on game day for assistance.
What do I do if my party is arriving at different times?
- Tickets and parking can be transferred to anyone via text message. Simply log into your Mean Green Ticket Office account at www.MeanGreenTickets.com on your phone and select the ticket(s) and/or parking you would like to transfer.
- For full instructions, refer to the Mobile Ticket Transfer Instructions and How to Accept a Mobile Transfer videos above.
- When accepting a transfer of tickets or parking, the recipient must log into their Mean Green Ticket Office account. If they do not have one already, they can create one as a first time user.
Do ticket transfers expire?
- If a ticket transfer has not been accepted or canceled within 48 hours after it was initiated, the link will expire.
What happens to the original ticket after it is transferred?
- The original ticket will no longer be valid. If it was previously downloaded to your smartphone wallet, it will no longer have a bar code that can be registered on a scanner.
