Cross Country at Arturo Barrios Invitational

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas - North Texas cross country will compete in the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 16, hosted by Texas A&M, with the men's 8k race beginning at 9 a.m. and the women's 6k at 9:45 a.m. There will be 36 men's teams in the field and 38 women's teams.
"This is a really fun weekend coming up as we continue building our team for our upcoming championship season," head cross country coach Matt Layten said. "Both our women's and men's groups have worked really hard as a team over the last few weeks and are excited to hit this course again. I think it'll be an exciting opportunity to prepare for a little of what's to come at the NCAA South Central Regional meet in November."
