
Record Number Named to C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll

DALLAS, Texas – For the second year in a row, North Texas had a record number of student-athletes named to The Conference USA Commissioner Honor Roll. The Mean Green had a department record 231 individuals tabbed to a list of 3,532 C-USA student-athletes.
To be eligible to receive this honor, you must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better during the 2021-22 academic year. In 2020-21, North Texas had 218 honorees. Of the 340 active student-athletes, 67 percent made the league's Honor Roll this year.
This is the first academic award list published by Conference USA for the 2021-22 year, with the Commissioner's Academic Medal award being announced Friday, April 15. Student-athletes with a 3.75 GPA are eligible for that award.
