
Volleyball Falls to Florida State

ORLANDO, Fla. – UNT volleyball lost 3-0 to Florida State at the UCF Invitational on Friday at The Venue.
Jayde Harris led with 10 kills on 24 attacks in her first match as a starter for North Texas. She added two digs along with a .250 hitting percentage.
The Mean Green (4-5) held early leads in each of the three sets (19-25, 20-25, 16-25) against the Seminoles (5-3), but were outhit .128 to .396 for the match.
Kamryn Scroggins collected 12 assists, one kill, one ace and one dig from the bench. She has led the team in assists in two of the previous four matches.
Madisyn Jones made her collegiate debut while Alexa Washington made her 2023 season debut as each appeared in one set.
