DENTON, Texas – The UNT women's basketball team returns to The Super Pit where they are undefeated this season to host Tulane Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. CT.
The Mean Green are coming off road wins over SMU and South Florida that moved them to 15-3 overall, 5-1 in the AAC and into a share of the conference lead with Rice and UAB. DesiRay Kernal received another selection to the AAC weekly honor roll after a double double against SMU and a 20-point performance at USF.
With a win over Tulane, Jason Burton would tie Tina Slinker for most wins by a first-year head coach in program history.
Wednesday's game will be streamed on ESPN+ with Doug Anderson and Brian Burton on the call. The game can also be heard on the Varsity Sports Network with Zac Babb and Michelle Brooks.
