
UNT Athletics and iHeartMedia Dallas Announce Broadcast Updates for Mean Green Football

UNT football to be featured on 1190 KFXR AM for the entirety of the 2025 and 2026 seasons
DENTON, Texas (Aug. 28, 2025) – North Texas Athletics and exclusive multimedia rights holder Mean Green Sports Properties announced today a new radio home for Mean Green Football radio broadcasts in the Dallas-Fort Worth market on the iHeartMedia Dallas network.
Beginning with the 2025 season opener this Saturday, Aug. 30, all Mean Green Football radio broadcasts will air live on Talk Radio 1190 KFXR AM for the entirety of the 2025 and 2026 football seasons.
