FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The UNT track and field program kicked off its indoor season on Friday at the Arkansas Invitational and headed back to Denton with a handful of new indoor program records and several strong finishes in tow.
The Mean Green set new indoor program bests in four women's events and one men's event, as three women's athletes also brought home first-place finishes.
In the 60-meter dash, sophomore Trezeguet Taylor won with a new program-best time of 7.39 seconds as she broke her own record in the semifinal before breaking it again in the evening final.
