Internet Bidding Terms and Conditions
All participants wishing to bid on any live auction item must first register for a bidder number. This requires a current credit card number with expiration date.
The live auction items will be available for internet bidding until 12:00am on Saturday, April 1, 2006. Once a bid has been placed, it will be considered bound by the terms of the auction. If you are the high bidder at this point, this DOES NOT guarantee a winning bid. This will simply be the starting bid for the live auction at the Don January Classic Event Auction on Monday, April 3, 2006. If no one bids higher than your online bid at the live auction, you will be the winner for this item and you will be notified in an email. If you remain the high bidder, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the item and a confirmation email will be sent.
