2007 Hall Of Fame Class Honored

DENTON, Tex. (10/27/07) More than 250 people gathered this morning at the Gateway Center as the University of North Texas inducted its 2007 Hall of Fame Class and honored the 1977 football team.
Former football coach and Hall of Fame member Hayden Fry spoke to more than 40 members of the 1977 football team that won 10 games and finished the year ranked 16th in the nation.
The North Texas Athletic Hall of Fame welcomed its 25th class as Christy Johnson (soccer), Jalie Mitchell (women’s basketball), Rosalyn Reades (women’s basketball), and Bennie Rutherford (men’s basketball) were honored.
