DYS FREE Youth Uniform Night @ Mean Green Soccer November 2nd

North Texas Athletics will host Denton Youth Soccer Youth Uniform Night @ Mean Green Soccer on Friday, Nov. 2nd vs. Denver at 7pm. All Denton Youth Soccer participants in their jersey will receive complimentary admission. Additional tickets for family members and companions are $4 adults and $2 kids. Redeem your free youth uniform ticket for admission by calling the ticket office at 940-565-2527 or at the game on Friday at Mean Green Village soccer stadium.

DYS FREE CARNIVAL

North Texas Athletics will host a carnival for Denton Youth Soccer Youth Uniform Night @ Mean Green Village, Friday Nov.2 @ 5:30pm. All Denton Youth Soccer participants are encouraged to attend the carnival, its free to everyone and will be a blast! There will be a bounce house, games, and food! A special appearance will be made by “Scrappy” the mascot, the NT cheerleaders and dancers. Don’t miss the fun and excitement of the carnival and stay for the game at 7pm when the Mean Green hosts the University of Denver. *All Denton Youth Soccer participants wearing their team jersey will receive free admission to the game!

*Kids not wearing team jersey will pay regular admission as well as parents, $4 adults $2 kids*

VOLLEYBALL 3 GAME HOME STRETCH

The Mean Green Volleyball team controls its own destiny, seeking a berth into the Sun Belt Conference tournament as they head into a 3-game home stand this weekend, here at North Texas Mean Green Village. The action kicks-off Friday night when they host LA-Lafayette @ 7pm in the Mean Green Village Volleyball Center, Saturday night they host LA-Monroe @7pm and Sunday they host New Orleans @1pm.

Sunday is Senior Day for the Mean Green. Senior Mean Green players will be honored by their family, teammates, and coaches during a special ceremony prior to the start of the game. Don’t miss an exciting weekend of Mean Green Volleyball!

Tickets may be purchased by calling 940-565-2527. Tickets are $4 adults and $2 kids, all NT students get in free with valid student ID.

NORTH TEXAS CLASSIC

Mean Green Tennis is hosting the North Texas Classic this weekend, Friday, November 2 through Saturday, November 3 at Waranch Tennis Complex. Competing teams are University of Illinois at Chicago, UT- San Antonio, and UT- El Paso. Free Food, Giveaways and on Saturday, the North Texas Bounce House will be there!

The tournament will be highlighted by a ceremony to honor North Texas 2006 ITA academic athletes, North Texas coaches and players will host a free tennis clinic for anyone interested in sharpening their skills, free food and drinks, and more!

Admission is free for everyone so come on out to the Waranch Tennis complex Friday and Saturday to watch some of the nation’s best collegiate tennis players compete in this annual classic. Competition begins @ 10am Friday and Saturday.

DIRECTIONS

From I-35 E, exit Bonnie Brae St. Make a left at the traffic light. Continue south on Bonnie Brae by making the first left turn after passing the I 35 E ramp. Waranch Tennis Complex is located at 1499 S. Bonnie Brae St and Walter Parker Dr., across the street from Mean Green Village.
