Mean Green Volleyball Adds Trio In Early Signing Period

“Overall this is a class that will expand our athleticism in terms of passing blocking and hitting,” Headrick said. “It’s a well rounded class that will really allow our offense to open up. They have played at the highest level of club and high school ball, and we will look to that experience right from the start.”

The 6-foot outside hitter was named to the Stillwater Invitational All-Tournament team in each of the last three seasons and was the Union Tournament MVP as a senior. The multi-sport star also played basketball, and was a member of the National Honors Society in each of the last two seasons.
Katie Dillard is a two-time All-District 2-5A selection from
Behind Dillard, the Mustangs improved their record by 15 matches from the previous year. She racked up 386 kills (3.39 kills per game) with a .251 attack percentage as a senior, to go with 99 blocks and 85 digs. Also an asset from the serving line, Dillard tallied 38 aces last season.
