North Texas Rides Three-Game Winning Streak Into Tonight

DENTON, Tex. (11/21/07) The holiday season is underway and the North Texas women’s basketball team has continued to deliver wins as the Mean Green are riding a three-game winning streak heading into tonight’s game with UA-Monticello.
The Mean Green is coming off a 36-point thrashing of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi to open its home schedule on Sunday and looks to keep the momentum going against the Cotton Blossoms tonight at 7 p.m.

Junior Jo Hall recorded her first career double-double in the win over the Islanders and grabbed a career-high 10 rebounds. Sophomore guard Brittney James has scored in double figures in three games and is averaging just over 13 points a game.
