Forward Talicia Sanders was back to her old self on the glass against SMU and discovered something new against the Mustangs in the meantime. She grabbed a season-best eight rebounds as she continues her chase to become the school’s all-time rebounder. Sanders also scored a career-high 15 points. It marked only the 13th time in 94 career games that Sanders has scored in double figures.
The

Buckley has now had three games this season with six or more assists. With 31 assists on the year, she leads the team and is on quite a pace. Buckley is averaging 3.4 assists per game and is she continues at that clip she will 15th player in school history to dish out over 100 assists in a season. The last time that happened was in 2002-03 when Erika Bobo had 100 for the year.
